After living in New York for 33 years, my family and I decided to move to the sunny North Myrtle Beach area over 15 years ago. Little did we know how much we would learn to love this area.
I have been selling real estate for over 22 years. I am licensed in both North & South Carolina and also a member of the National Association of Realtors. I have been awarded "TOP PRODUCER" for 2007. I am also proud to say that I am Quality Service Certified and have received 100% client satisfaction for 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. What this means is that each of my clients receive a survey from an independent company after closing of their property in which they rate their experience with me as their agent and also Elliott/GMAC Real Estate as a company. So it is very important to me to do the best job for my clients before, during and after the sale.
Helping people find a new home to relocate or retire to or finding a profitable investment property is what I love to do. I specialize in ocean front investments. My business is very special to me because of all the fantastic people I meet and help to make their dreams come true.
